Consultation at the Clinic

Acupuncture & Osteopathy

A structured approach, tailored to your current situation

The different approaches offered at the clinic — acupuncture, osteopathy and vibrational work — follow the same logic: addressing the body at different levels, from the most structural to the more subtle, depending on what is most relevant for you.

The consultation is based on a structured clinical reasoning, integrating both insights from Traditional Chinese Medicine and a detailed understanding of the body’s anatomy, physiology and functional dynamics developed through osteopathy.

At the beginning of the session, time is dedicated to observing what is present: symptoms, pain and areas of tension.

This observation relies on diagnostic tools from Chinese medicine (such as tongue observation and pulse assessment), complemented by osteopathic palpation of the tissues.

The aim is to identify not only what is expressed, but also the underlying mechanisms, in order to guide the treatment with precision and support lasting improvements.

The treatment is then adapted accordingly: sometimes through acupuncture and its associated techniques (such as moxibustion or cupping), sometimes through osteopathic work, or a combination of both when relevant.

On the blog, you will find scientific studies exploring the complementarity of these approaches.

GuaSha / Cupping Session

A short, targeted session using techniques from Traditional Chinese Medicine.

It is indicated for localized pain, muscular tension or recovery, and allows for precise work on the tissues and circulation.

The areas treated are selected based on both an energetic and anatomical assessment, allowing for a focused and adapted intervention.

Here is an overview of the different cupping techniques used.
